Synopsis:

In the late 1990s, a wave of kidnappings shook Rio de Janeiro. A group of police officers assume the Anti-Kidnapping Division (DAAS) and the mission to dismantle the gangs that turned crime into industry. Behind the scenes of the investigations, the power struggle separates, on the one hand, Mendonça - an incorruptible but extremely violent police officer - and on the other, Santiago, Ramos and Roberta - efficient but corrupt. The result: in a few years, zero occurrences.
