Synopsis: Police officer Asger Holm is used to working on the streets of Copenhagen, but due to an ethical conflict at work, he is confined to the emergency desk. In charge of receiving calls and transmitting them to the responsible police stations, he is surprised by the call of a desperate woman, trying to communicate her kidnapping without attracting the kidnapper's attention.
