Synopsis: In Mille sur Sarthe, a small Norman village, breeders are affected by the crisis. Georges Balbuzard, the town's mayor, is not the type to disappoint and decides to try everything to save his village. By chance, Blake Newman, a great conceptual photographer who draws attention from the crowd, is passing through the region. Balbuzard sees an opportunity to save his village.
