Synopsis: Bertrand, forty years old, suffers from depression. After using a series of drugs that had no effect, he starts going to the municipal swimming pool in the neighborhood where he lives. There he meets other men with stories similar to his own. The group gets together and forms a men's synchronized swimming team, something unusual within the sport. Under the command of Delphine, a former victorious athlete, Bertrand and his new companions decide to participate in the Synchronized Swimming World Championships, finally finding a new purpose for their life.
