Directions
The route is very easy and peaceful, although there may be congestion at points along the way, such as access to the beaches of Jurerê Tradicional and Jurerê Internacional. It is one of the only beaches in Florianópolis with access via dual carriageways from the entrance to the island.
from the center who goes by car
Upon reaching the Island, crossing the Pedro Ivo Campos Bridge, take the right lane, going around the entrance loop, following the lane that indicates 'Av. Beira-mar', addressing it. Follow the avenue and, right after the Angeloni Supermarket, take Exit II, going over the Vilson Kleinubing Elevate, which gives access to the SC-401 Highway. Ahead, there is a fork indicating the North (right) and East (left) of the Island. Go right and reach Rodovia SC-401. You will pass by the Cacupé and Sambaqui returns, by a toll station (which is not in operation) and by the accesses of the Jurerê and Ingleses beaches, until you reach the Canasvieiras interchange (up to where the SC-401 is doubled). Go forward and you'll be on the beach.

For those arriving by bus to Florianópolis, the Rita Maria Bus Terminal It is about 400 meters from the Centro Integrado Terminal – TiCen. It's easy to walk. Go to platform C, from where the urban bus lines depart for Terminal Integrado de Canasvieiras – TiCan (direct or semi-direct lines). For details on prices, schedules, etc., go to Urban Transport. Arriving at TiCan, take another bus that goes to the neighborhood of Canasvieiras. No need to pay a ticket again.
