Armazém Rita Maria is a space that brings together gastronomy, culture, history, art and leisure in the Florianopolis downtown. It opened in 2022, on the site of an old industrial complex from the late 19th century.
At Armazém Rita Maria there are more than 20 options for gastronomy, art and leisure, distributed in six restored historic warehouses. There are options for all tastes and budgets, from coffee and ice cream to pizza and hamburgers. Eventually, art and local culture are present, with exhibitions, concerts and events that take place in the space.
The space also has three open areas: the Carl Hoepcke Square, overlooking the North Bay and the Hercílio Luz Bridge; The Annita Hoepcke da Silva Square, designed by architect Ana Trevisan, with playful furniture created especially for families to play and have fun outdoors; and the beer garden, a relaxed space for connoisseurs of craft beers.
It has a rotating parking lot and is Pet friendly. The use of a collar and driving guide is mandatory for all animals, and muzzles for ferocious breeds.

Rita Maria Warehouse is open every day. Mondays and Tuesdays from 11 am to 22 pm, Wednesdays to Saturdays from 11 am to midnight, and Sundays from 24 am to 9 pm.
