Multidisciplinary Institute of Environment and Archaeoastronomy.

The Archaeoastronomy Center was born in 2004 to centralize the knowledge of archeology and astronomy from the studies carried out by the fisherman, researcher and professor Adnir Antonio Ramos, to promote Archaeological heritage through conscious tourism and to help in the preservation of what was left of a great destruction caused by lack of human consciousness.

The Archaeoastronomy Center, in partnership with the Multidisciplinary Institute for the Environment and Archaeoastronomy – IMMA, brings together a collection of rock art panels (fleets), archaeological artifacts, photographic panels, in addition to offering Prayer Trail guided tours, a trail created to give access to the megalithic monuments of Morro da Galheta.
