The community of Cacupé, despite having grown a lot in recent years, remains small. The offer of services is not very expressive due to the small number of residents.
The community is still dependent on other larger neighborhoods. There are, however, establishments that supply the region's basic needs, such as bakeries, mechanics, restaurant, mini-market, beauty salon, real estate, warehouse, dental office, clubs and a church.
Despite not having its own bus terminal, it is not difficult to get around Cacupé by public transport, as the geographical distribution of the neighborhood is suitable for this. Taxi availability is limited.
The most used vehicle is the car, as the neighborhood has high-income residents. It's not difficult to find a parking spot in the neighborhood or on the beach. The main road was designed for this.
If there is a need to use a banks or ATMs, health centers or specialized trade, it is necessary to travel to nearby neighborhoods, such as John Paul e Monte Verde, where there is one of the great shopping malls from the city (4 km away from the main avenue of Cacupé).
