Whale Watching

Only in the winter months, the Whale Watching it's possible. This is because whales look for warmer waters to give birth to their young and teach them their first steps, or rather, their first swims. Some of them find calm waters and ideal temperature on the coast of Florianópolis, mainly on the southern beaches. With luck, it is possible to observe whales very close to the beach playing with calves and showing off for the observers. Remember if: Whales are endangered animals.
