O hall input of Santa Catarina Public Library receives the Exhibition Embroidering Florianopolis, which has 20 works produced by 11 embroiderers from the capital of Santa Catarina.
Since the discovery of the needle, the art of embroidery stands out as an artistic and cultural manifestation. In their materialization, in the simplicity of the point to point, popular and anonymous artists make it possible to express the deepest feelings. Different colors, textures, materials and techniques allow us to create unquestionable works of art.
