The night of December 31st promises to be beautiful at the restaurant ammo beach: as New Year's Eve from the beach, a night with a lot of luxury and gastronomy.
They will be served with antipasto (cold meat table): selection of cheeses, brie cheese with red fruit jelly, buffalo caprese mozzarella and Sicilian lemon scent, carpaccio with tapenade, nikkei salmon tiradito, roast beef and salumi (Italian salami, sliced, parma ham), preserves (stuffed olives, azapa olives, cucumber), contemporary breads - seasoned grisines, seasoned toasts, Sicilian caponata, hummus (vegan chickpea paste); mix of nuts (dried fruits); fresh fruits (green grapes, ruby grapes, cherries, strawberries and figs); balsamic cream and artisanal jellies. At dawn they will be served: lentils with smoked meats, white rice, filet mignon with meat sauce, risotto al pomodoro caprese.
It's also night open bar with: Absolute vodka, beefeater gin, Ballantines whisky, mumm sparkling wine, Red Bull energy drink, Corona beer, juices, soft drinks and mineral water.
