In Florianópolis, each participating restaurant will prepare a dish based on the "food of the place", being a unique way of making gastronomy, valuing the typical ingredients of each region. The price of the Festival dishes is different, ranging from 30 to 50% off for each participant.
The tradition of Santa Catarina Island is primarily present in this Brazil Flavor through the complete and tasty Sequência de camarão that Restaurant Vereda Tropical presents, directly from Barra da Lagoa. On the plate, they are ideally paired with crab cakes, fish fillet with shrimp sauce, steamed shrimp, garlic and oil shrimp, breaded shrimp, pirão, rice, fries and salad.
