The choreographer and dancer Marina Abib will be in town as a guest of the Test Tube - Composition [Intersections + Interventions], one of the projects covered by Rumos 2013-2014, the main program of Itaú Cultural. The workshop works on the rhythmic understanding of the body and the construction of body scores based on these references. Participants experience the rhythmic phrases present in traditional Brazilian music on their own bodies and, from there, they introject the specific springs and swings of each dance.
