O Shopping Itaguaçu promotes, on the 8th of July, the first free Muai Thay class with the Inside academy. The idea is to promote the sport and provide moments of leisure and fun. The event is open to the public and people of all ages can participate. During the class, fight training demonstrations will be made, presenting some martial art concepts and techniques.
Inside is the largest network of gyms specializing in fights, with more than 100 units throughout Brazil, and its main focus is Muay Thai. In Santa Catarina, there are 15 units, with the mission of offering a better quality of life through the practice of martial arts, with qualified professionals, dynamic classes and alternative schedules, under the supervision of Master Rafael Back.
The space where the aulão will be held is at Praça Itaguaçu, outside the mall, this Saturday, July 8th, from 15:16 pm to 30:40 pm. To participate, registration is not necessary, just arrive at the scheduled time, the covered place has capacity for about XNUMX people, in addition to the uncovered area.
