For those looking to detox their emotions and uncover what is blocking their dreams, the Mini Retreat Anchoring Your Dreams 2024 comes to Florianópolis to bring more clarity on how to transform and anchor dreams.
In this therapeutic experience, the origins of scarcity, self-sabotage, toxic emotions and relationships will be explored. The retreat takes place onon May 04th, from 13pm until 19pm, at Pousada Assefaz, on Rua Vereador Osni Ortiga, in Lagoa da Conceição.
Since 1999, Love Detox has served more than 12 thousand people in nine countries. In addition to Florianópolis, this year the agenda continues to São Paulo, Europe and Asia.
The retreat includes immersions with psychotherapy, Jungian art therapy, systemic and family constellations, Reichian and Tantra body psychotherapy, various meditations through movement, herbal baths, as well as temazcal, detox bath and ancient games to work on self-knowledge.
