After the success of the first night of tastings and harmonizations, the Artesano Pizza Bar offers its customers a night with the best flavors of pizzas and wines. At the sound of the trumpet Fidel Pinero, guests will enjoy a starter Special Corneccione of Capers and Black Olives, harmonized with Artero Tempranillo, from Bodegas Munõz/Spain.
The first pizza offered is the Honey, which brings parma ham, arugula and parmesan shavings, pairing with the wine Artero Tempranillo, from Bodegas Munõz/Spain; the second is the Presto, with mozzarella, basil pesto, black olives and cherry tomatoes, harmonizing with the Chianti Vernaiolo, by Rocca dele Macie/Italy; the third and last pizza is the Vegetarian, with zucchini, shitake, shimeki, mushrooms, leek, cherry tomato and buffalo mozzarella, pairing with wine Marquês de Montemor VR, from the Alentejo house 2012 Quinta da Plansel, From Portugal.
