To celebrate the Valentine's Day, the restaurant port villa prepares its environment to wait for couples in a romantic place, by candlelight, overlooking the sea of the Bay of Santo Antônio in Lisbon.
The menu will be open, with an à la carte choice, and a Special Menu prepared for couples who wish to enjoy a different proposal will also be offered.
And the experience promises to be special from start to finish: the night starts with a "love potion": themed welcome drink, totally complimentary and specially designed for couples who join the "Special Menu.
Special Valentine's Day Menu 2023 (Suggestion)
Tickets:
- Option 1: Trio de Oysters (gratinated/breathed/in natura);
- Option 2: Crispy Coalho Cheese and Honey Roll.
Main course:
- Option 1: Crispy Salmon (Grilled salmon in a sesame and herb crust). It accompanies Flavored Asparagus and Pumpkin and Mango Mousseline.
- Option 2: Mignon with Red Fruit Sauce (Fillet mignon grilled in red wine and red fruit reduction). It accompanies flavored potatoes with punch and amaranth and pea microgreens.
Dessert:
- Option 1: Zabaione with Red Fruits;
- Option 2: Chocolate Chip with Coffee Ice Cream.
Villa do Porto: tradition and warmth
Located right in front of the calm sea of the North Bay of Florianópolis, in Santo Antônio de Lisboa, the Villa do Porto restaurant stands out for its seafood combined with Spanish and Portuguese cuisine, in addition to being located in a historic property built in 1840, which hosted the then Emperor of Brazil Dom Pedro II.
