The time has come for Florianópolis to become the drummer's capital with the 7th edition of the “Battery Orchestra”, a project that promises to bring together more than 700 drummers on August 18, at Passarela do Samba. This is already the largest Drum Orchestra in the Americas. The drummers will perform the songs: Smoke on the water (Deep Purple), Rock and Roll all nite (Kiss), Come together (The Beatles), Enter Sandman (Metallica), Heaven And Hell (Black Sabbath), It's my live (Bon Jovi), Alive (Pearl Jam), Killing In The Name (Rage Against The Machine); Two songs by bands from Santa Catarina were elected through public voting: Highway (Nordic Souls) and Leal (Stella Folks).
