The children's play John and the Beanstalk takes place in Ademir Rosa Theater (CIC), in Florianópolis, on the day May 05th (Sunday).
Children will be entertained by the fairy tale, which tells the story of a boy named João, who goes to the market to sell a cow, at the request of his grandfather. When he arrives at the market, an unknown man offers him five magic beans in exchange for the donation.
As soon as he makes the exchange, he tells his grandfather, who becomes furious and throws the beans out the window. This way, a huge beanstalk forms in the house.
The show starts at 15 h and is free for all audiences.
