Who wants to guarantee a unique and romantic experience in the Valentine's Day (12/6), the hotel's charming restaurant IL Campanario Villaggio Resort, in Jurerê Internacional, is preparing a special dinner, with exclusive dishes for those who appreciate gastronomy rich in flavors and sophistication.
For this reason, at Positano Diamond Bar (IL Campanario), the menu signed by chef Julia Achá will be served in 4 stages. Thus, welcome, the couple will receive an authorial drink harmonized with oysters in black pearls.
The entry will consist of handmade burrata with tomato confit and chestnut pesto. As main dishes are shrimp risotto with leek and fennel seed or shoulder of lamb with aioli and mint and rosemary pesto. In addition, an irresistible dessert: surprise grand gateau.
