Once again, the yogalight opens its doors to all practitioners and those who wish to practice Yoga, with another workshop given by Ana Luisa Meirelles. This time, the asanas are presented in inversion postures, establishing an open practice for all those who wish to delve deeper into their personal journey in the Hatha Yoga; always respecting facilities and obstacles through the necessary balance of tapas (effort) and ahimsa (non-violence).
Remember to bring a towel (face towel size) for possible adjustments and your own mat, if you already have one.
