Leisure in the João Paulo neighborhood
João Paulo is considered one of the main residential neighborhoods in the capital, known for its tranquility and security. still located in Central region, the neighborhood is the way to some of the best-known leisure destinations in Florianópolis, and also includes interesting attractions for all audiences.
The proximity to the SC 401 highway facilitates access to both the North and the center of Florianópolis. This makes it easy to reach ideal destinations for culture and leisure, such as: Teatro Pedro Ivo; Florida Shopping; Ataliba Steakhouse; Primavera Garden Center and the Corporate Park.
