Solar Iyengar Yoga | Yoga in Florianopolis
We offer Yoga classes for adults, women, spine health and rehabilitation and also restorative classes. All in a cozy atmosphere within a room equipped with various materials to extract quality in practice. Solar teachers are internationally certified by BKS Iyengar, one of the most renowned teachers today. We also have Circus Acrobatic Fabric classes for children and adults.
Aerial acrobatics on fabric is part of the so-called “Circense Art”, which consists of performing expressive, creative and acrobatic movements on a fabric suspended in the air. Professor Carla Trindade has more than 12 years of experience in the practice and teaching of this art.
