The Dunas dos Ingleses are mountains of sand formed by the action of the wind, being one of the main elements that make up the landscape of Praia dos Ingleses.
There are two dunes in the region. The smallest of them, the most popular, borders Praia do Santinho. The largest exceeds seven kilometers in length, bypassing the region of Red River and ending in Mozambique beach.
In Dunas dos Ingleses, sport is the sandboard, kind of skiing in the sand. On sunny days, it is possible to rent boards and have a lot of fun!
