Opened on September 24, 2016, the Florianopolis Botanical Garden Park It occupies an area of 19 hectares on the banks of the SC-404, in the Itacorubi neighborhood and is open to visitors.
It has native plants and exotic species, community garden, mangrove area, area with lake and trail, area with tables and chairs, playground for children, slackline tape in the trees, beach volleyball court and a visitor center with exhibitions.
It is allowed to bring food into the park, which also allows you to take advantage of the different trees to have a good picnic.
