Any type of service must be sought in the Barra da Lagoa ou Conceição Lagoon. There are no lifeguard stations on the beach, no police station. The buses only pass through the general highway of the Parque Florestal do Rio Vermelho, not reaching the beach. Those who go by car can park on improvised land for this purpose. There are no restrooms or shops nearby.
