The availability of services at Praia dos Naufragados is limited to beachside bars that serve drinks and snacks. There is no other type of commerce, police station, supermarkets, bank agencies, health centers or transport (only the small boats that take tourists to the place. Such facilities can be found on nearby beaches such as Ribeirao da Ilha, south swamp, Azores e Solitude. At the beginning of the trail to Praia dos Naufragados, from Caieira, there is a paid parking lot where you can leave cars. There are three ways to get to the beach, by two trails or by boat. The boats that make this route are from local fishermen, who take and look for tourists during the summer. They leave from Caieira da Barra do Sul and take about twenty minutes. The quieter trail also leaves Caieira da Barra do Sul. It takes an average of 50 minutes. The other trail leaves from Praia da Solidão, passing through Praia do Saquinho and has large slopes and greater difficulty. It can be up to four hours of walking. Attention! There are no lifeguards on the beach. Be careful when entering the sea as it is open and depending on conditions it can be dangerous.
