Sanitation Museum

The Sanitation Museum is housed in a small building built in the early XNUMXth century, which housed the main mechanical sewage lifting station and worked together with three other stations. Later, the construction gave way to the public urinal. In front, a spout and part of the balustrade that served to limit the pier and the sea are preserved. In the past, the museum's collection consisted of equipment, maps, tools, photos and other objects related to the history of sanitation in the Capital and in the State. Currently, the building is closed by fences to avoid depredations. Address: Rua Antônio Luz, near the City of Florianópolis Terminal
