The couple Tiago Trindade and Monielle Silva Paiva received guests last Thursday (27/06) to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Pizza Di Pietre, a traditional house located in Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, in Florianópolis. In addition to celebrating the anniversary, the event, which brought together journalists and influencers, marked the launch of new flavors on the menu: Shrimp supreme (with shrimp, zucchini, buffalo mozzarella and fresh paris mushrooms); Pesto (fresh pesto pizza topped with buffalo mozzarella and black olives); and Maria Bonita (dried meat with red onion, coalho cheese, pout pepper and green seasoning). Another novelty that garnered praise was the creamy Burrata starter served on pizza dough, accompanied by arugula, cherry tomatoes, Italian salami, parma ham and pesto. The new dessert also pleased: Nutella bundle with strawberries and cream ice cream. In addition to the new flavors, guests tasted pizzas that are already popular with customers, such as Artichoke and Blumenau sausage. #PizzaDiPietre has more than 60 flavors on the menu and offers, in addition to the à la carte service, the festival option – in which the customer pays a fixed amount (from R$ 27,90) and eats at ease. The house opens daily from 19pm and is located at Rua Leonel Pereira, 337 – Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, Florianópolis. History Tiago Trindade's passion for undertaking in the gastronomic field comes from his family: his parents owned a bakery in Paraná and, later, also a pizzeria, already in the capital of Santa Catarina. “That's how I wanted to have my own pizzeria, where I could put my ideas into practice”, says Tiago. With very little financial investment, but a lot of desire to make it happen, Pizza Di Pietre was inaugurated in 2009 – at the time just a delivery in Cachoeira do Bom Jesus. “We sold today to buy the next day's raw material; It was pretty hard, but we didn’t give up,” he recalls. Over the years, the space has captivated a loyal audience for its original flavors, selected ingredients and welcoming space. Three years ago, Pizza Di Pietre expanded its space and, now, upon completing its 10th anniversary, it debuted new decor and exclusive recipes – enhancing the already praised menu.     Davi Paes e Lima - Atré Comunicação davi@atrecomunicacao.com.br Photos: Léo Rosa
