Collective of artists from Palhoça announces partnership with producer from Florianópolis

News is being announced with the union between the collective A Bolha and Bruxa Verde Produções.

Founded in Palhoça, the collective A Bolha seeks to stimulate local artistic production and provide more visibility to those involved. On the other hand, Bruxa Verde Produções is a Florianópolis production company specialized in productions involving authorial bands both from the region and from other locations. Motivated to join forces to stimulate culture, the two groups formalized a special partnership. The announcement was made last Thursday (2).

According to the organizers, the initiative aims to strengthen the artistic scene of the Greater Florianópolis region, integrating diverse artists and plural languages. The partnership was made official in February this year and the first step will be taken this Saturday (11). On the occasion, the groups will hold the party "Borbulha Bruxólica". Tickets cost R$15 and the event will take place at Haôma Baixo Centro Bar — located at Avenida Hercílio Luz, number 455, in downtown Florianópolis.

The first event co-produced by the two labels will feature concerts by the bands Cosmic Void, Soul Cream and Blocked Bones, in addition to the “Lapsos” exhibition, with photographs by the artist Arthur Paim and a small shop featuring the artists. Still according to the organization, the objective of the party is to promote the cultural and artistic diversity of the region, bringing together artists and art lovers in a single space.

The collective A Bolha is made up of 16 artists from Palhoça — including bands, writers and visual artists — who came together to unite the artistic class of the region, breaking with sociocultural divisions. To this end, the group holds events, live sessions, artistic interventions and other authorial productions. From these multiple activities, news should emerge in the first half of 2023.  

Bruxa Verde Produções is a cultural producer based in Florianópolis and which has been operating since 2018 promoting the promotion of the music scene. Throughout this trajectory, the label has already carried out more than 90 productions, including its own events, partnerships and support, in several cities in Brazil, such as São Paulo, Curitiba and Belo Horizonte, as well as Florianópolis.
