Criciúma's opponent will be Bahia in the third phase of the 2024 Copa do Brasil, both teams from series A will face each other with the 1st match taking place at Arena Fonte Nova and the decision will take place at Majestoso, the Heriberto Hülse Stadium in the city of Criciúma. For Tigre it could be a good opportunity to advance in the competition as they will have the support of their home fans in the second leg. It is worth remembering that the team reached the third phase, eliminating Operário de Várzea Grande and beating Brasiliense on penalties. 

Brusque will face Atlético-GO, despite playing against a team from Series A of the Brasileirão, Atlético-GO started with a defeat in the Brasileirão and Brusque has been preparing very well.
