Green Valley named best club in the world for the fourth time

For the fourth time, the title of best electronic music club in the world comes to Brazil. Located in Santa Catarina, on the north coast, the house that is at the top of the international ranking created by DJ Mag magazine. The popular vote is one of the most prestigious in the category on the planet.

Staying on top with the title of tetra was the only objective of the Green Valley this year. “This title not only benefits the Club, but warms up the local and national market, from tourism to the artistic level, which has increasingly more quality in the country”, says managing partner Eduardo Phillips.

“From Brazil to the world” was the slogan of the campaign used this year by the Club, which engaged its audience and fans to vote expressively, breaking access records and maintaining the title in Brazil - completely outside the traditional e-music circuit. Green Valley is unique outside Europe with this award, having already won the top in 2013, 2015, 2018, and now, 2019. “It is very important for us to be recognized by the public and specialized critics. This placement in the ranking is the consolidation of a constant work of renovation and effort to remain among the best even with the country's economic problems”, says Phillips.

The award is given by the British magazine DJ Mag, the same that elects the top 100 of the best DJs in the world and that commands the trends of electronic music worldwide. The London-based publication already has 28 years of history and is an absolute reference in the segment, being considered the “Bible of electronic music”.

Opened in November 2007, the electronic music club Green Valley became a reference and helped to consolidate the region of the north coast of Santa Catarina as one of the world's e-music meccas, alongside icons such as Ibiza, in Spain, and London. , in England. “Anyone who has been to Green Valley knows that there is always a mega production in which the smallest details are checked. Per night, 22 thousand Watts of sound are used on the main stage alone - which has 12 meters of stage width, 9 meters of depth and 80 meters of height.
