Santa Catarina Tourism Observatory launches booklet with guidelines to face the new coronavirus pandemic

O Santa Catarina Tourism Observatory, an initiative of Fecomércio SC with the support of Senac SC, launches on its platform a series of booklets with information and guidelines aimed at the production chain and Governance Instances of Tourism in the State. Each week, the material is updated with new topics that provide guidance on how to act during the new coronavirus pandemic.

The first booklet focuses on Accommodation Means, ranging from tips for creating a contingency plan to information on care for the facilities, cleaning and hygiene. Other subjects such as tourist transport, travel agencies, food and beverages are also addressed in a practical and didactic way – always complying with the legal bases to guide the work of each segment.

Access to the booklets is free and can be done through the Tourism Observatory portal (www.observasctur.com.br). In addition to viewing, it is also possible to download all the information and share it on social networks.

Lives for tourism

The Observatory also presents other actions focused on the main players in this ecosystem. Among them, two series of live broadcasts through its Youtube channel with topics of interest to the segment, bringing analyzes of the current scenario and perspectives for Santa Catarina tourism.

A série Tourist Regions and the Economic Crisis counts on the participation of coordinators of the IGRs, who comment on the current moment in the midst of the pandemic in the main regions of Santa Catarina. Already in series Vsions and Perspectives for Tourism in Santa Catarina in the Economic Crisis, Fecomércio System managers talk about the sector's positioning and overcoming expectations.
